Mr. Krouse founded Hydro Green Energy in 2002. Mr. Krouse invented a modular and interchangeable hydropower system which has been issued numerous U.S. and international patents. Mr. Krouse's goal is to commercialize the technology to generate cost effective, zero carbon, renewable energy without having to construct new dams or impoundments.
Mr. Krouse has experience in managing and driving growth to profitability in small start-up companies. Mr. Krouse held International Business Development, Marketing and Technical Sales positions with Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals between 1995-2001. Mr. Krouse held Senior Field Engineer and Field Engineer Positions with Schlumberger between 1993-1995. Mr. Krouse graduated from Tulane University in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Krouse was the Research & Development Chairperson of the National Hydropower Association in 2007.
Mr. Maley has 25 years of experience developing, designing, constructing and operating power generation facilities. He has developed or acquired more than $5 billion of electric generating assets and negotiated power purchase agreements in excess of $25 billion. Mr. Maley was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual Energy Systems, a solar energy company. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Energy Generation, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy.
Mr. Maley holds a BSME from the University of Iowa, a MSCE from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a MEM from Northwestern University. Mr. Maley is a Registered Professional Engineer in several states and is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Iowa - College of Engineering.
Michael Allen is the founder and President of Providence Energy Corporation of Dallas, TX, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Allen has been an active buyer of oil and gas properties in 15 states. From inception, Providence Energy Corporation acquired interests in over 4,000 wells from companies such as Devon Energy, Sempra Energy, Fina Oil and Gas, Coastal and Apache. Providence Energy is the managing partner of over 2.0 million net acres of minerals in the domestic U. S.
Mr. Allen graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a certified public accountant and he spent the first few years of his career in Dallas with Ernst and Ernst. Mr. Allen is actively involved in several inner city projects funding camps, schools and turn-around projects in the North Texas area. He and his wife and family live in Dallas.
